A Life Well Driven
On why the best automobiles are never simply owned, but lived with.

There is a particular quiet in the garage before sunrise. The lights come up slowly, warm against the brick, and the cars wait the way old friends do: patiently, without expectation.
A collection is not built in a season. It grows from memories — the first time a door closed with that perfect weight, a drive that ran long because no one wanted it to end, a child's hand pressed against a fender.
We keep these automobiles because they keep something for us in return. Not value on a page, but moments. And moments, unlike anything else, only grow richer with time.
